Heuwelsig Estate (Celtisdal X20) – Centurion

Heuwelsig Estate is situated in the Celtisdal area of Centurion, neighbouring suburbs such as Raslouw and Monavoni. Centurion is gradually becoming a strategically situated city, closely linked to the Central Business Districts (CBD) of Sandton, Midrand and Pretoria. As a security estate, Heuwelsig Estate has eight gates, accessing the various sections of the estate and comprises an area of more than 112 hectares! The freehold stands range in size from 400sm to 1,500sm whilst the Sectional Title units start from around 50sm. The price of full title homes varies from R1, 700,000 to R3, 000,000 (2016) and the price of sectional title homes from R 600, 000 to R1, 300, 000 (2016), with Vacant Stands commanding a market value of R 300, 000 (2012) but growing to well over R600, 000 (2016) for a similar size stand. There is also easy access to the N1 and N14, for commuters travelling by car to either Pretoria, Midrand, Kempton Park, Johannesburg, Krugersdorp, Gautrain, OR Tambo International Airport as well as Lanseria Airport.

There are plans for a new school in the area, including a private clinic, however due to the economy no final plans or date has yet been set! Other plans include further retail sites, as well as commercial developments to complete the new residential areas.

Shopping Centers in the immediate vicinity include Forest Hill Mall, Celtis Ridge, Mall @ Reds and the Raslouw Lifestyle Centre, offering a full range of retail outlets, restaurants and entertainment!

The newly established Forest Hill mall now offers an even wider variety of retail outlets, entertainment for the children such as the ice rink, wave pool and cinema’s. As phase 1 of the multi node development, there is still much coming in the area in the way of commercial offices, residential development and infrastructure in the form of schools, clinic etc., which is preparing the N14 and R55 intersection to become the next urban core out of Centurion. The UNITAS hospital is a short distance away and the area boasts the following; Wierdapark Day Clinic, Bakenkop Medical Clinic, Rooihuiskraal Provincial Clinic, Medipark Clinic, Eldoraigne Provincial Clinic, Medicross Eldoraigne, Clicks Clinic in the Mall @ Reds Centre and the DisChem Clinic in the Raslouw Lifestyle Centre.
